Free accounts may receive one free PDF export. Paid plans unlock additional exports and features as described at the time of purchase. Features and prices may change with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are generally non-refundable because digital features are available immediately. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a qualifying technical failure, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Refunds required by applicable consumer law will be honored.
Monthly Pro can be canceled from the payment provider or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
You agree not to misuse the service, bypass limits, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt security, or use the service to create misleading documents.
AI optimization produces suggestions based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the output and ensuring that your final resume is accurate and appropriate for your application.
Payments are processed by third parties such as PayPal or Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, currency conversion, or changes to their terms.
ResumeForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or compatibility with every applicant tracking system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
